At Unite Mixed Martial Arts PTY LTD ("Unite MMA"), we are committed to providing the highest quality training and facilities. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our refund policy outlined below. By purchasing a membership or any other service from Unite MMA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.
No Refunds on Memberships
Uncontracted Memberships:
All sales of uncontracted memberships are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are fully committed to your training before making a purchase.
Membership Contracts:
All membership contracts are non-refundable. Once a contract is signed, you are obligated to fulfill the terms of the contract. Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use, change of mind, or any other personal circumstances.
Membership Contracts
Signing of Contracts:
All membership contracts must be signed in person at the gym before the commencement of training. This ensures that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon.
Commitment to Training:
We ask that all members be mindful of their commitment to training when signing a membership contract. Our training programs are designed for dedicated individuals who are serious about their martial arts journey.
Cancellation Policy
Pausing Contracts:
We do not allow the pausing or freezing of membership contracts.
Cancellation of Contracts:
Membership contracts can only be canceled under specific circumstances, such as injuries that prevent you from training for the remainder of your contract. This cancellation clause is detailed in the contract. Documentation from a medical professional will be required to process any cancellation due to injury.
Payment and Refund Terms:
Pay in Advance:
All membership fees and payments for services must be paid in advance.
No Rain Checks:
We do not issue rain checks or credits for any missed classes or unused membership time.
